Quick Setup Guide

Get your shop up and running with Worxflow in under 30 minutes!

Pre-Setup Checklist

Before you begin, gather the following information:

  • Business license number
  • Tax ID/EIN
  • Bank account details (for payment processing)
  • Staff email addresses
  • Service menu and pricing
  • Shop logo (PNG or JPG, at least 500x500px)

Step 1: Shop Profile Configuration

Basic Information

Navigate to Settings → Shop Information and enter:

  • Business Name: Your Auto Repair Shop
  • Address: 123 Main Street
  • City: Your City
  • State: CA
  • ZIP: 90210
  • Phone: (555) 123-4567
  • Email: contact@yourshop.com
  • Website: www.yourshop.com (optional)

Business Hours

Set your operating schedule:

Operating Hours:

  • Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

Pro Tip: You can set different hours for different services (e.g., express oil changes vs. major repairs)

Step 2: Service Categories Setup

Create Your Service Menu

Navigate to Settings → Services and add your offerings:

Step 3: Staff Onboarding

Add Team Members

  1. Go to Staff Management → Add Staff
  2. Enter staff details:

  2. Click Connect with Stripe
  3. Enter your business details
  4. Verify your bank account

SMS Configuration

Enable text messaging:
